How Super WEgo Started?
This space was born from a lifelong fascination with the transformative power of words. As a multi-sport athlete, I filled notebooks with quotes from coaches, philosophers, and leaders—always searching for messages that could spark internal change. That passion carried into my 22-year career as a collegiate coach, performance trainer and consultant, where I witnessed the dynamic interplay between individual ambition and collective success.
Through victories and struggles, I discovered the delicate balance between self-awareness and teamwork—the essence of "We First." Some days, ego would challenge everything I stood for; other days, human connection would lift me in ways I never imagined. Super WEgo is the result of these lessons, a philosophy that blends individual strength with shared purpose.
A Note for My Daughter
The Meyers-Briggs calls me an INFJ—the idealist, counselor type. I’ve always sought to uplift others and explore what makes us better, together. When you were born, that pursuit became even more personal. This blog serves as a reminder of all the mentors, books, quotes, and experiences that shaped me before I had the privilege of being a part of your journey.
